After having lost her husband, my mom had to make the painful decision to sell her home of 30 years.

Selling a home can be very stressful i have bought and sold 5 homes. The best was our last Darrin he is a diamond in the rough we bought our home with him and sold our home with him. Darrin was absolutely amazing. He helped us immensely with finding a home on Lake Simcoe. We had a pretty long wish list and he kept sending us listings that came very close. He really listened to us. After each visit he asked us what we liked and what we didn’t like and he used that information to find other places to look at. In the end he found a listing that had just re-emerged with a much lower price and he helped us jump in. We have our lake house now and it’s because of his networking with the other agent and the family. He never pushed us to make decisions, he allowed us to come to it on our own.
